Assessment of Oral Health Knowledge, Attitude and Practice among School Children in Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Nepal

Research & Reviews: Journal of Statistics Published in Research & Reviews: Journal of Statistics , 2019

A cross-sectional study of 450 school children aged 12–15 in Kathmandu examining oral health knowledge, attitude, and practice. Found that 79.8% had high knowledge and positive attitude, but only 42.2% had adequate practice, with 57.6% prevalence of oral health problems.

Parameter-Expanded Data Augmentation for Analyzing Nominal Data With Missing Values Using Multinomial Probit Models

Proposes Parameter-Expanded Data Augmentation (PX-DA) for Bayesian estimation of Multinomial Probit (MNP) models with missing nominal data, demonstrated via simulation studies and an application to the Mental Health Client-Level Data.
